How to get rid of your industry "niche fog"
Industry Niche Training with Geraldine
This course is designed to move participants from "in a niche fog" to clarity around their niche. Participants will walk away with a maximum of 3 valid, profitable niches to explore/pursue, and they will know how to deepen their understanding of an industry's challenges and what advisory services might look like for that niche.
Format:
- Two 75-90 min live group calls on Friday, 11/20 and Friday, 12/4 at 11:30am-1pm PST
- 1on1 30-40 min coaching call with Geraldine the week of Thanksgiving
- 1-2 hours of homework
Group Training #1: ~75 minutes.
- What works and what doesn't when it comes to niches, and why
- Two examples of successful niching process
- Two live examples from participants showing the process of how to use your client roster to hone in on your niche
Group Training #2: ~ 75 minutes.
- A-Ha's so far around niching
- What they have learned about the business model and industry challenges of the niche(s) they explored
- How they would begin to translate that wisdom into cash/advisory services
