What should be included in the Sales Proposal?
- Make sure that your proposals are drafted as editable documents in Google Docs, do NOT use Microsoft Word.
- Client's Entity Name (sales proposal should be located in your shared drive and identified by client name, title ex: Proposal - Doe Ray Me LLC - Accounting Services - 01.01.2024)
- Provide a Link to the proposal by 10 am PST on Tuesday or Thursday in your personal Slack channel.
- Include the date and time you have scheduled for the proposal review with the client (you want to aim for a week from requesting your proposal review)
What is Nicole's Review Schedule?
- Sales proposal reviews are conducted every Tuesday and Thursday with a 1-day advance notice. This means if you need a proposal reviewed, the Reviewer needs to be notified by Monday for a Tuesday review and/or by Wednesday for a Thursday review.
- The Reviewer will provide a loom-recorded video link with her review of the proposal by the end of the review day.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Plan on making changes to the proposal based on the review. If substantial, a final review of the proposal will be completed on the following review day unless urgent, then a possibility of a 1-day turnaround may be possible depending on the Reviewer's availability. Additionally, if you need an off-cycle or quicker review, please coordinate with the Reviewer in your personal Slack channel to see if she has the availability to accommodate this speedier request.
Recommendations
- In the beginning, plan to provide all sales proposals from the prior week's consultations on Tuesday, make the necessary edits on Wednesday, and have the final review on Thursday.
- If you stick with this rhythm, you are looking at booking most of your client proposal reviews on Friday in the beginning. As you get more confident, you can start booking on Wed with only a single review.
