We will respond and let you know what your best options are, estimated time to answer your question, and best advisor(s) to answer the question.
Is the time purchased refundable?
No. Once purchased, the consultation is non-refundable and must be used within 30 days or it will expire.
How long do I have to use my sessions?
Sessions must be used within 30 days or they will expire. It is best not to purchase sessions you may need beyond 30 days in advance. This is designed to buy sessions as needed and is not a "retainer" for future consultations/trainings.
Can I buy increments less than 1 hour?
No. We found that overall anything less than 1 hour is not sufficient.
What if my question is really basic?
We do our very best to be a resource to our community of accountants and entrepreneurs. If your question is very simple and doesn't warrant buying a session, we'll generally answer the question via email. We don't promise to deliver answers with in any time frame but will do our best. If we discover an individual is returning frequently with several questions or is abusing this act of goodwill, we will request that individual purchase a consultation for any future responses.
